Apparently there’s a whole association dedicated to art quilts. SAQA which stands for Studio Art Quilt Associates “is a world-wide resource for information on the art quilt and the artists who create them.” They were created to stand up for the rights of these artists. The SAQA creates professional opportunities for the members that continue to address the changing needs of the artists. All the way from standard studio management to mastering the current technologies. SAQA members have access to a treasure trove of support for taking their artwork and career to the next level.
